YOU TEACH A LESSON(Group Presentation)
Develop a presentation to share the most important information about your topic to the class through an interactive, engaging presentation. You must include a power point presentation (MS Office 2003-2007) or video(Movie Maker -Windows) or any other application used for presentations, have the class do some kind of reinforcement activity(game or worksheet), and develop and administered 10 to 12 questions quiz. You must provide keys for the activity and the quiz questions.

Disease Powerpoint
The project is to develop a power point presentation describing an assigned disease. The minimum number of slides in the powerpoint is 15 and the maximum is 25. The requirements include; what is the disease; cause; signs and symptoms; treatment; prognosis;prevention; and complications. Also include a title slide and a works cited/reference slide with at least 5 sources.

Suicide: Risk Factors & Intervention Strategies - ROLE PLAY
In pairs, you must analyze your case study by identifying the suicide risk factors, summarize your case to the class and present a role-play outlining possible intervention strategies.

Drugs Presentation
Research a chosen drug category in small groups then share the collected information about the drug with the class. You will complete a research paper, as well as presentation. The presentation can take any form the you choose (prezi, PowerPoint, poster etc)! Info to be covered;proper name; street names; how it's taken; history; immediate effects; long term effects; medical uses(if any);legal or illegal. You must also present the class with a short 5 question quiz on their drug.

The students will work to put together a bulletin board for display. The board will contain relevant information directly related to the theme of preventing injuries. Info will be presented in a creative and colorful poster. The topic will be designed on a bulletin board. Group participation required.

This rubric is designed to give your instructor feedback on your group. You will complete this rubric on your own and honestly. The Instructor will be the only one to read your evaluation of your group mates.
