Novice mid speaks in present tense only, memorized phrases, answers and asks simple questions. Novice high Speaks in present, simple future, and past tenses. Can manipulate language to express a thought. Answer and ask questions in present and past tenses.

You will design a Spanish menu for a new restaurant with Spanish foods. You must give your restaurant a name (in Spanish) and create the menu entirely in Spanish. The menu should include at least three complete meals for each category on your menu, and a list of three or more beverages and three or more desserts. The menu should be visually pleasing with with easily identifiable headings/categories, and graphics/color photos. Menu must be typed in Spanish.

Students will create a powerpoint presentation about one of Spain's regions. They must include a cover page, with basic geographical makeup (mountains, major rivers, cities and highlighted region); Unique cultural aspects of the region (religious festivals, dances, music); Specific foods and language of the region; Recipe of one regional dish; Famous people from the region; Economy and government of specific region

You will create a Picture Book in Spanish that describes the members of your family. It may be your actual family or a made up family. Include the following features: ~An introduction slide with a family portrait or collage including each character ~A minimum of 5 characters/5 sentences per character ~Include the physical traits of each character ~Include the personal characteristics of each character ~Include evidence of Figurative Language ~An image for each slide -Include a cover page, an index and number the pages of the book

The students will put together an electronic presentation to show during their oral presentation. The presentation will contain information that the students collected regarding Spanish culture. The oral presentation must be aligned with their electronic presentation.

This rubric is designed for a Spanish 4 Final Group presentation project presentation in which they will be presenting a skit in Spanish. The skit is based off the unit's vocabulary and grammar points covered all semester; in addition to any previous knowledge they have from Spanish 1, 2, and 3. They are to act out a telenovela. The creativity is up to them to decide the rest! The students are being graded both individually and as a group. The skit should be video taped prior to the presentation.

Rubric for a German-speaking Oral Final Test- Ger. 1010

This rubric is designed for a French video presentation performance assessment in which the students will be presenting vocabulary and grammar concepts from the entire year. Their video must have two parts: La Vocabularie in which they present the important vocabulary in a creative way. La Vie in which they present a dialogue demonstrating their understanding of the vocabulary and grammar points covered in the chapters in addition to any previous knowledge they have from French 1. Students are being graded both individually and as a group. The skit must be videotaped and either handed to the teacher in DVD format or posted on YouTube by ________________.

This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your PowerPoint presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your powerpoint have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

This is your evaluation rubric on the completion of “mi familia” unit in Spanish, in which you should be constructing a presentation of your family using a poster, a mobile, booklet, or powerpoint presentation as stated in the instructional rubric.

Create a clothes store catalogue complete with advertisements of at least 15 clothing and 5 accessory pieces (MUST BE ALL DIFFERENT). Each of the advertisements must include sentences describing what the item is (use additional descriptive words) and its price, its color, size, material etc . . . All of the advertisements must include a picture of the item and at least 3 sentences about the item in correct Spanish. Project must be typed. Must include a cover page that is atractive and creative. Title MUST be in Spanish. The day the projects are due you will present part of the project to the class for 1-1.5 minutes. THE PROJECT IS DUE ON MAY 27 FOR SENIORS. ABSOLUTELY NO LATE PROJECTS
