The Career and College Research Project requires a career and college to be researched based on student interest.

This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your PowerPoint project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your PowerPoint have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

Students will apply their extensive knowledge of crime scene investigation procedures and tactics. A heavy concentration on Forensic Investigation techniques and use of technology will be evaluated.

This rubric explains the responsibilities of the lead detective when conducting a crime scene search. The person in charge of an investigation needs to perform a number of functions before arriving at the crime scene, at arrival, during the intial crime scene survey, during the crime scene search, and before release.
