Biography of Famous Person
Biography of a performing or visual arts person .Biography should include important details of the person's life and how they have dealt with their disability. The biography will cover the person including: Personal information, qualities, disability, and contributions to society.

Figurative Language Poster
Choose a quote from your book that shows a great example of figurative language. Identify and define the type of figurative language on your poster, include a graphic image to explain it, and interpret the figurative language on your poster. Don't forget to include the quote and the page number as well.

Poster rubric
The students will work on their own to put together a poster or pamphlet for display. The poster/pamphlet will contain relevant information directly related to the theme of Abstinence, a Birth Control method or a Sexually Transmitted Infection. Students will provide accurate information in a creative and colorful poster/pictures or scenarios to educate peers about the chosen topic. The poster will be designed on poster board (1/2 or full-sized poster board) or electronically. The pamphlet will be designed on a standard size sheet of paper or electronically.

Pamphlet rubric

Students will provide accurate information in a creative and colorful poster/pictures or scenarios to educate peers about the chosen topic. The pamphlet will be designed on a standard size sheet of paper.
