Research one diet related condition/disease from the following list: High blood pressure, Anemia, Diabetes, Heart disease, Colon cancer, Osteoporosis, or High cholesterol levels. Submit one 1-2 page typed paper about thec condition/disease. Include: •A description of the disease and the impact it can have on a individual’s life •The relationship between an individual's diet and the disease with specific reference to foods that can cause the condition or disease •An analysis of how an individual may change their diet to prevent the disease and include/disclude certain foods , double spaced, 12 point font. Include a bibliography citing at least 3 resources used researching the paper.

Your Venn Diagram will be comparing how to prevent Heart Disease and preventing Cancer and Type 2 Diabetes from previous lessons.
