This rubric is designed for a Spanish group grammar lesson presentation assessment in which the students will be presenting an assigned grammar concept. Students will create a presentation demonstrating their understanding of the grammar concept and grammar usage in addition to any previous knowledge they have. Students are being graded both individually and as a group. A 10 item assessment is to be created and will serve as a quiz grade for classmates

Students will create a project using traditional clothing garments (and accessories) from the Spanish speaking world. The written portion is in both English AND Spanish, since the students do not have the vocabulary to describe the garments in detail. Spanish is used for labeling, and English is used for description of history and function. The visual presentation must also have pictures of authentic garments (NOT COSTUMES).

Student will create an original poem of at least 40 lines in which food is the central focus. The poem can be bilingual or all in Spanish.

The students will create a grammar review presentation to share with their classmates. The students will put together a Powerpoint to show during their oral presentation. The Powerpoint will contain information that the students collected regarding Spanish grammar. The group presentation must be aligned with the Powerpoint . They will also create one practice activity on the grammar topic, and a ten question quiz.

Create a Christmas card from scratch. The Christmas message must be in Spanish. The card will be decorated with lots of color, holiday images, adequate text for the holidays. The message must be composed for a specific audience.
