What did you learn about the people and the culture of the place you visited? What did you learn about yourself? What is the most memorable part of your journey? Be sure to give specific information.

Know Your State Presentation
You will need to research any state in the union besides the state that you reside in. Write a paper about your state. Include key/important information regarding your state. You will be giving a presentation about the state. You may include in your presentation: visual and audio aides to enhance your presentation. The report must be a minimum of three pages double space but no longer than five pages, size 12 font times new roman font.

Students will write a persuasive advertisement in which they state their product and try persuade buyer to purchase their product. They will include reasons to support their position, and support them well with details or examples. Tissue Box Car
Students will build a car from the material supplied. The student may add only found objects when creating the finished car. You car should be able to compete in a race against cars made by other students in the class. No store bought materials may be used. The car will travel down a ramp and measured for speed and distance. Keep in mind: weight speed, friction, speed, velocity, and momentum.
