International Movers Measurement
Your moving company has decided to tackle a new challenge, helping people move to a new country. However, your customers are concerned that the furniture they own will not fit into their new, international homes. The dimensions and measurements of their new homes are given to them in the metric system, and all of the measurements and dimensions of their belongings are in the customary system of measurement. You are given the layout of a person’s new home with measurements listed in the metric system, along with a list of furniture and belongings to be put in that new home with their measurements listed in the customary system. You must convert the measurements of the furniture and belongings to the metric system to make sure that they will fit in the new home. After you decide whether or not the furniture will fit the new home, and then make a presentation clearly showing your work and how you reached your conclusion to show to your potential customers.
