Rubric to review the effectiveness of therapeutic listening coupled with sensory integrative functioning to speed the emergence of: attention, self regulation, postural control, fine motor control, oral motor skills and visual motor integration. Criteria selected, specific to the needs of individual students. Not all areas need to be scored. Work completion and in class behavior criteria not to be scored as part of rubric, but included for observation review only.

A paragraph is a group of sentences developing one topic. This rubric will assess how well students use the writing process to develop the topic and support main ideas within a written paragraph, using complete sentences, focus conventions and assigned vocabulary words.

Through this project, students have the opportunity to understand, identify, and promote the regions of Colorado. Students have collected and analyzed information of various primary sources to determine why people would like to live, visit, or work in their region. In small groups, students will create a visual presentation to inform others on their region including weather, land, types of jobs, and activities.
