CRITICAL THINKING Rubric
Critical thinking involves issues, ideas, artifacts, and events before forming an opinion or conclusion. This rubric is designed to be transdisciplinary for all content areas to use inquiry and analysis. Successful critical thinkers need to apply those habits in various situations throughout life.This rubric is designed for use with many different types of assignments on analyses of text, data, or issues.

Obstacle Course
Students will be in groups and create an obstacle course in which the whole class or a small group participate and which demonstrate activities that promote safety and must include a written piece on the concepts of physics, motion and/or gravity as learned from their grade level science curriculum. The course designed must follow school rules as far as appropriateness and safety.

Mythology Poster rubric
Gifted students will work in small groups to design a poster and advertise a product or service using the mythology theme. The poster needs to contain important information related to Mythology. You will create pictures and use mythology vocabulary in a poster displaying a mythological creature or god/goddess.

The presentation should tell about where their animal/s lives, what their animal/s eat, what their animal/s looks like, and what the adaptations to the habitat are.
