Working in groups, students will first build a 10'x 12' building projected, complete with accepted corner framing. A Metal Roof frame of 2"x 4" material will then be layed out, measured, cut and installed. .

This project is designed to apply the Floor, Wall and Roof Framing theory delivered over the past 3 months, as well as allow students to build on their accuracy of measurement and cutting. Working in pairs, students will first build a 8'x 10' model of a residential dwelling, complete with accepted corner framing. A Gable Roof frame of 2"x 4" material will then be layed out, measured, cut and installed. .
