Muscular Anatomy Flip Chart
Design an Exercise Flip Chart depicting the muscles and their functions of the human body

The students will put together a presentation/lesson to show during their oral presentation. The presentation will contain information that the students collected regarding their assigned human muscular topic. The group oral presentation must include a creative, interactive activity to teach their classmates.

Be Your Own Personal Trainer
At the end of the semester, after all the elements of physical fitness have been covered, students will be required to write their own 6 week workout plan. They will be required to include each element discussed in class including, muscular strength, muscular endurance, Cardiorespiratory endurance and flexibility. They are allowed to use any for of exercise they wish to incorporate these elements. At the end of each week, the students must write a short summary about which elements matched the exercises. The students will be given an example of an exceptional workout plan.

Exercise Technique Class Demonstration
Students will teach an exercise to the class aimed to improve flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength or cardiovascular endurance that targets at least one major muscle group.
