Esta rúbrica fue diseñada para la valoración de una presentación oral, en la que se expondrán los conocimientos adquiridos sobre el Sistema Nervioso. Se deberá poner especial atención a la siguiente información: funciones y estructura anatómica del sistema nervioso central, funciones de las estructuras que conforman el cerebro, estructura anatómica del sistema nervioso periférico y sus subdivisiones, así como estructura y función de las neuronas motoras, sensoriales e interneuronas.

This rubric is designed to assess the presentation of the group activity. The rubric should consider the performance of the group as a whole, as well as individual contributions. Some activities will be scored for points and others as Pass/No Pass (earning at least 50% of the points indicates passing).

4 Parts to an essay: Topic Sentence, Reasons, facts, statements, Examples, and Conclusion

Students are expected to complete the assigned reading and come to class fully prepared to discuss and critically analyze the reading material. Each class member is responsible for finding answers to questions that arise to enhance her/his own learning. Because of the format of this experiential learning opportunity, class discussion will be an even more critical component of this course.
