This rubric is for research projects in religion class on such topics as: Las Posadas. Hand write a one to two page paper. Explain what the term means, how it came about, who is involved and what happens during a Las Posadas celebration. Including personal experience is encouraged. PLEASE PROOF READ AND CORRECT ERRORS. Pictures are welcomed but not required for points.

Directions: Create a memory project to honor loved ones who have died. They may be family and friends you have known or people your parents knew. This will be done as a slide show and will be presented in class. WORK WITH YOUR FAMILY TO FILL IN DETAILS. Create a draft for approval by the teacher on a sheet of paper before completing the final project. Paper with rough draft is due: Gold Thurs. 10/22 Blue Wed. 10/21 Final Slide show due: Gold Wed. 10/28 Blue Tues. 10/27

Grading is based on; the assignment is complete when due; work is in pencil and is legible; assignment is corrected in red or bright pen; Extra pages are labeled properly with answers clearly circled. BE AWARE: A second formative assessment grade may be taken at random on a few key problems to record understanding of the topic.

Directions: Create a timeline of 10 or more major events or milestones in your life, from birth to the present. On each of the events write how God has reached out and made himself known to you. This may be done as a Power Point Presentation, in an accordion folded book, on a poster board or paper. There should be no less than 10 titled items on the timeline. Students are to include pictures or drawings to represent each event on their timeline.
