Health Triangle
This project requires students to do a current self-assessment of their overall health, including their physical, mental/emotional, and social health. Taking their current health status into consideration, students will critique their triangle and note where improvements can be made to create a healthy balance. This guide should reflect the Health Triangle and include goals, plans, and reflections for the future on those plans.

The students will work on their own to put together a poster for display. The poster will contain relevant information directly related to the theme of Anti- Bullying. Students' poster will have an anti-bullying title/slogan. The poster should be creative and colorful. Pictures can be from books, magazines or hand drawn. The poster will be designed on poster board (1/2 or full-sized poster board).

Anti-bullying video
Students will learn why it is important not to bully. Students will create an anti-bullying campaign, watch a video about bullying, role-play; write an book report on how to prevent bullying using Microsoft Word. Students will use computers, tables, smart phones which including Microsoft Word to write the paper and create flyers, Internet Explore to conduct research, and You Tube to watch videos.

This group is focused on helping students enhance their decision-making skills. Students are asked to explore and implement positive decision-making processes in regards to issues of teenages today

Skit: Decision Making Talk Show
Work in groups to write and plan a skit about decision making and "Healthy lifestyle choices".The skit must contain a situation where a poor decision was made that affected both the main character and supporting characters. Must also contain a professionals opinion on a better decision and how the DMS should have been used. Must feature 1 Talk Show Host,1 person who made the decision, at least 1 other person affected by the decision and a "professional" in decision making.

Components of Physical Fitness
Students will create a physical fitness program that will include all five components of physical fitness: cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, body composition, muscular strength, and flexibility. They will create a 2-week physical fitness health program designed to stimulate each area of physical fitness through specific exercises included in the program. Remember to USE FITT principals to make sure you are focused on what results you are wanting.
