The Microscope and Slide Specimens
This lesson will cover microscopes and cells. Microscopes will be used in order to view animal cells, plant cells and bacterial cells. Students will be able to identify at least 1 organelle in animal and plant cells and differentiate between the two.

3D Model of a Cell/ Cell Illustration
Students must create model or illustration of ONE of a plant cell or animal cell. Student must label all parts of the cell, and be prepared explain their model. Create a 3-D representation or illustration of the major aspects of a cell, including: Mitochondrion, Nucleus, Ribosome, Rough ER, Smooth ER, Vacuole, Cell Membrane, Cell wall (Plant only), Chloroplasts (Plant only), Cytoplasm, Golgi Apparatus

3D Model of a Cell/ Cell Illustration
