You are creating a cafe or restaurant in Paris. You must give your cafe a name (in French) and create the menu entirely in French with some English translations. Include prices as well. Menu's size must be minimum 8.5X11.

Students will write a composition about their childhood to demonstrate understanding of the conjugation and basic usage of the Imparfait and Passe Compose. Students will write a minimum of 20 sentences describing their childhood and illustrate their writing using Powerpoint (min.14 slides)

Students write about how they were when they were little They must include details about their personality, physical traits, school experience, their favorite foods, activities they enjoyed and ones they didn't, people they liked and ones they didn't, and what they miss the most about their childhood.

Write a Halloween story, correctly using the two types of past tenses that we have learned, the passé composé and the imparfait.

The students are to write and illustrate a story in French using the subjunctive, object pronouns, negatives, future and conditional tenses, etc.

To create a visual demonstration of your daily routine – what you do from the moment you wake up, until you go back to bed – demonstrating your knowledge of reflexive verbs. The purpose of the assignment is to demonstrate the your understanding of the use of reflexive verbs, and when and how to use them correctly. The narrative should include specific times of day at which the events occur, transition words to help the scenes "flow," and use correct grammar and vocabulary.

This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your PowerPoint presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your PowerPoint have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

Student will create a 10 slide powerpoint of him/herself, family, pets, friends, interests and favorite things. Created on Google Slides, your presentation will be at least 10 slides not including the title page or end page. There will be at least 1 french sentence per slide and each slide will be illustrated. Student may use personal photos, internet downloads or hand drawings.

Chez le cafe

A French dialog between two or more characters according to a specified task.

Students will create a bird's eye view of their bedroom with their possessions inside. Students are to label the items in French using the appropriate INDEFINITE ARTICLE (un or une) for each. It is to be neatly drawn and colored. Students must include at least 25 different labeled items. Students will then write 25 sentences to describe their bedroom, using different forms of sentences like we practiced in class. See examples on your Google classroom.

Student will create a powerpoint telling about a 5 day trip to Paris with a budget of $5,000 using the passé composé. Minimum of 10 slides

Choose a French speaking country, create a map including weather symbols and temperatures, and give a weather presentation on the country in French.
