Students will be selecting an animal and research the unique characteristics about this animal. Students will be writing about their animal, and design a presentation to aid them when sharing the traits of their animal. The presentation should tell about where their animal lives, what their animal eats, what their animal looks like, and other interesting facts about the animal they choose. Students should be prepared to answer questions about their animal from their peers.

Students will use the materials we recycled in our classroom to make a project for their Teacher/Client. 1. What is your item? 2. How did your create your project? 3. How can someone benefit from using your recycled item? Students will present their projects to the class.

Students are creating their own animals and will describe its life cycle. They will make a poster to present to the class. The presentation should tell about what their animal looks like as an adult, the stages of the animal's life cycle, what the animal's needs are, what the animal's habitat is like and where on the globe it can be found, and its adaptations to its environment. Students will use a questionnaire to organize their thoughts about their animal before they begin their poster.

Write an information report on an Australian endangered animal. Write about its appearance, habitat, food web, life cycle and threats to the animal. Include any other interesting information.

Students research Australian Flora and Fauna and create a project based on the items studied.

Create a story that begins with the sentence "Once Upon A Night It Was A Dark And Stormy Night."

General

Students create an explanation titled, "How life changed for Indigenous Australians after 1788"
