Students will work in groups of 4-5 to teach a series of topics on the skeletal system to the class. Students will have two periods for instructional activities.

Submit one 2 page typed paper, single spaced, 12 point font following MLA guidelines on the assigned Equine Industry Issue. Include a bibliography citing at least 3 resources used researching the paper. You are encouraged to interject your personal opinion into this paper, but relay both sides of the issue reported. Graded on quality of research to support the topic, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, content, grammar and mechanics, & bibliography.

Write a persuasive piece of writing that convinces a reader that tourist attractions involving the use of animals are either positive or negative. This persuasive writing task must contain 4-5 paragraphs to organize your ideas . You should incorporate persuasive strategies and convincing persuasive language to help strengthen your argument. Your writing must planned and carefully edited, paying attention to your spelling and punctuation.

The students will work on their own to put together a pamphlet. The pamphlet will contain relevant information directly related to the assigned topic of eyes. Students will provide accurate information in a creative and colorful poster/pictures or scenarios to educate peers about the chosen opthalmic structure, disease or pathology. The pamphlet will be designed on a standard size sheet of paper.

Students will create skit/poem/rap/song in which they fully explain the Chemical Basis of Life

The College Research Project requires a college of veterinary medicine to be researched based on student interest.
