This rubric is to grade student's research of a human body system, describing it's function, the main organs or body parts involved, and how it interacts with other body systems Each student will give an oral presentation.

Students will build their own personal theory to the changes being seen in our climate. Theories will be based on Global Warming or Climate Change due to other forces. What is your stance on global climate change and what is the evidence that supports your theory?

This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your PowerPoint presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your PowerPoint have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

The students will work on their own to put together a poster for display. The poster will contain relevant information directly related to the assigned Earth sphere. Groups are required to present their poster to the class.

Students will build and test ramps to find which material (wax paper, sandpaper, tile floor) will affect the force of a toy car going down a ramp.

Each member of the group will be graded based on their participation and cooperation contributed to the Speed Walking Lab and Run! group activities. In the boxes provided, write the name of each group member in the box that best describes his or her ability to work successfully in the group - from your POV only.
