Your plan must have realistic goals and be specific. You should use a backwards planning method to achieve this goal, where you are now, and how will you achieve your end goal(chosen career). You may use construction paper or drawings to make the presentation as colorful as possible. A one page paper is also required with the poster board display. (Paper should be typed, double spaced and New Times Roman Font). Paper must explain the steps, your personality and how you intend to achive this career. Trends, Salary, and demographic (areas where the job is likely to have many openings) must be included in your paper.
