This rubric is used for a one point perspective city drawing

Students will make a family tree in French on poster board. You must include at least 10 family members. You must include a combination of both immediate and extended family and you must include yourself on the tree. You must have: 1. A picture for each family member 2. A family vocabulary term 3. A possessive adjective (mon, ma) 4. The relationship of that family member to another family member. Example: C'est ma mère. Elle est la fille de ma grand-mère.

Students will work in groups to practice, and perform a short dialogue in which they greet each other, find out each other's names, age, ask how each other is doing, and say goodbye.

Draw a group of shapes overlapping each other and add pattern to create texture.

Write an obituary for one character.

Students are to create a movie trailer, advertising a classic novel to a group of high school students. They will be evaluated by said students at a Movie Trailer Marathon, in which the students vote for their favorite trailer for each category (text)

Students will create a Wordle of character traits of a character.

Students will write a letter to the mayor addressing a problem in their neighborhood. The problem addressed must mirror a problem in the community, Edmonton. Letters will end by explaining ways to make their neighborhood better.

Students are to create a dance in groups that is 4 eight counts long. The dance needs to have a noticeable beginning, middle, and end. Students will apply the creative process to the composition of short dance pieces, using the elements of dance to communicate feelings and ideas. At leat 4 technique skills (tuns and leaps), and various levels.
