Animal, Plant, and Specialized Cells Presentation Rubric
Groups of students will design and present their own slide presentation that includes diagrams, labels, and structure and function explanations about plant cells, animal cells, and their assigned specialized cells. The specialized cells are: ciliated cells, nerve cells, red blood cells, xylem vessels, palisade mesophyll cells, sperm and egg cells, and root hair cells.

Arthropod Presentation Rubric
The students will design their own arthropod to present during their oral presentation. The arthropod must be a modeled by combining different known arthropods. The student will draw a diagram of their arthropod and label it completely. The student will complete an Arthropod Report looking at the 7 common characteristics of living organisms, related to their Arthropod. The oral presentation must be aligned with the model.
