Clinical Preparation Sheet for 299-Humanistic Nursing Care of Adults 1- Nursing Clinical. Student is to formulate a clinical preparation sheet for one patient they have cared for in clinical each week.

In clinical groups, students will present a complete overview of the assigned chronic disease. You are assigned to present a client from one of the four clinical areas for your Grand Rounds Presentation. This is a client that you may select independently while on a clinical rotation. You will need to have two forms of media in your presentation. These can be powerpoint presentations, models of anatomy, brochures that you design, or posters that you made. The Nursing Resource Center may also prove helpful in providing equipment for your presentation. If you choose to use powerpoint, it is essential that you test your program on a college classroom computer system prior to the day of presentation to ensure that it works as you have designed. All presentations will include a question and answer portion which involves your fellow classmates.

This rubric is designed to evaluate History Taking skill assignment for the beginning NP students. It should show comprehensive history taking skills reflecting the class lectures and readings.

At Mid term and Final the Preceptor will evaluate the student Preceptee using this form.

Students are required to perform nursing skills with 100 % proficiency. In addition to skills performance of skills, students must use critical thinking skills to include indirect care measures:safety, infection control, comfort measures, resident rights.
