The purpose is to tell your reader to find a hidden egg.

Rubric to be used for grading history projects/presentations made at the end of each unit.

Students will create a Poster advertising the book they are reading. Title, Author, 3 sentences, graphics, spelling, etc.

Create a time Capsule for the present day. The time capsule must have 5 artifacts in it that show what life is like today. Each item must have a note card explaining each object and why it is important for future people to know each artifact.

Used to evaluate the research analysis and presentation skills used for prepared speeches.

Students will write a ten minute play for their final project in Intro to Acting. PLays will be performed by other students in the class whose performances will also be graded according to the performance rubric.

Students will create an original script as a final project. The script can can be on the topic of their choice. The script must be a minimum of 5 minutes in final performance format.

Task: Students will construct & present a homemade musical instrument. Student will present what materials were chosen, how constructed, quality of sound, and how sound is produced. Students will play a simple tune using this instrument, and demonstrate volume & pitch control, explaining how to control each. A PowerPoint presentation will also be assembled by each student, serving as visual aid for explanations each student gives regarding their instrument.
