Please be creative. Use any household materials you would like. Possible project ideas: * Use a poster board and cut-outs from a magazine to demonstrate your food chain. * Use a clothes hanger, string and cut-outs of different plants and animals to demonstrate your food chain. Students can choose any ecosystem or group of animals. You may even want to show the food chain for your diet.

Students read two articles on animal adaptations. They then chose one animal and used the boxes and bullets graphic organizer to document 3 adaptations that their animal has and why the adaptations exist. They then presented their animal in an informational writing piece to will create a chart or list of animal or plant adaptations and create an image of a newly adapted living thing from the Endangered Species list provided, label adaptations and explain why they were made.
