Nutrition 130- Procedures and Surgeries of the GI tract
Students will complete a project related to contemporary issues in nutritional practices to include but not limited to nutrition, healthier eating, obesity, food alternatives, nutrition and disease, and other topics approved by the instructor. Suggested format: Written Paper and oral presentation. Objective: To develop life-long understanding and practices resulting in a healthier body.
