Application of Theory in Nursing becomes second nature, often times going unnoticed. However, the theories on which nursing is based can be traced back to those first influential nurses such as Florence Nightingale. I have included a journal from my Leadership clinical rotation describing an ethical delimma. Ethical issues frequently involve the use of theories and principles and making a choice. In nursing, naturally, what is best for the patinet is top priority.
