This is a picture I took of part of the Blue Ridge Parkway in Burnsville, North Carolina. This is the view from one of my friend's grandparents' back yard. This is where we escape on the weekends when we have had a hectic week. The air seems so much fresher up in the mountains and I feel rejuvinated after I come home from the mountains. This day was so beautiful because it was snowing a little (you can't really tell in this picture). Also, it had snowed the night before and the peaks of the mountains were covered in snow.

Mountains are amazing and miraculous because they are formed over thousands and thousands of years.  They represent strength, power, and beauty. I feel like this represents me because I want to be seen as strong, powerful, and beautiful.

My Argument Essay is written on why the local governement should enforce recycling programs.

I feel like this type of topic is what I can write best on because it is something I truly believe in. I would change the purpose and the audience of the essay so that it would go with what I am trying to argue. Also, some things I would change in this essay is to focus on some main points and elaborate on them a little more so that what I am arguing is clear and precise. I would also back up some information with sources even though they are common knowledge within the field. I would also unify within some of my paragraphs so that they flow better and are clearer to the reader.
