Goals

Short-Term Goals
·         Work hard to make sure all my work is completed effectively for the ending of the semester
·         To get a B+/A- on my research paper for Eng 101
·         Finish this semester with a 3.0 GPA
Reflection

My short term goals for this year have been more important to me than ever before. School has truly been my number one priority and I have been working really hard to reach my goals. College is completely different from high school, so setting goals for myself were a must for me. But as I am nearing the end of my first semester in college, these goals are all I’m focused on. In order to keep my scholarship I must sustain at least a 3.0 GPA and I am really worried about that, but I know if I keep my focus I should be more than able to achieve this goal. I will try my very best to reach all of these goals, or even better, go above and beyond the standards of which I have set for myself.

Long-Term Goals

    ·         To graduate from Tri-County with my degree in Business Management

    ·         To obtain my Real-estate license during my last semester of college, if not earlier

    ·         To start a partnership with my father, buying and flipping houses

Reflection
My long term goals mean a lot to me. They are objectives that I once only thought of as dreams, but they are now close enough and achievable enough to call goals. The road to achieving these goals won’t always be easy, it’s already started to get rocky, but I’m determined enough to get through whatever comes my way in order to achieve them. They are goals, that when reached, will be the start of my life as a true hard working adult. And once these goals are achieved, it will then be time to start a new list of goals that involve more personal matters; such as marriage and starting a family.
