My name is Rachel Watford. I have lived in Aiken, South Carolina all of my life until last August when I moved to Clemson to attend Tri-County Technical College. I am the daughter of Patsy Mears Watford and Andy Watford and I have a younger brother named Andrew and a younger sister named Pinckney. My mother is a graduate of USCA and she has been a school teacher for nineteen years. My father is self employed and owns a karate school. I am an avid reader and love reading for fun. I am currently on the second Lord of the Rings book. I also like to bake and host parties and get-togethers for my friends. I graduated from South Aiken High School where I was a cheerleader for all four years, and captain of the varsity cheerleading squad my senior year. I also participated in show choir, the Miss South Aiken Pageant, DECA, junior executive council, and the homecoming court. I was really involved in school clubs and organizations. I really love singing and I try to sing at as many events as I can because it is something I would love to pursue. Music is something I really love and my favorite musicians include Grateful Dead, Led Zeppelin, Norah Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Sublime, Heart, and the Steve Miller Band.
