I am a teacher at Treasure Coast High School in Port St. Lucie, Florida.  I teach ESOL English and reading to grades 9-12. 

I hold a Master's Degree in Education from Nova University, and an Education Specialist degree from Florida Atlantic University  I am certified in English, with ESE, ESOL and now have Reading Endorsement.

I have been teaching in Florida for 28 years now.  I retired from Murray Middle School in Martin County, Florida in May, 2006.  After working for a short time at Indian River State college during the day, I accepted a position at Treasure Coast High School and love the school, the staff and my students!  I still work for Indian River State College as an online instructor teaching Spohomore English.

I love teaching, and enjoy the school and my students tremendously.  I am looking forward to spending several years at Treasure Coast High School. I was also able to implement an ALS Credit Retrieval program as part of the ESOL program.  This has been very helpful to my students in their quest to graduate.
