Il Club Italiano a UCI was founded in October 2005 by Shannon Corley and Ashley Cappel, later holding their first meeting in January 2006. This organization was brought together on the basis of a shared passion for Italy, and a desire to seek out others who also live, breathe and sleep all things Italian! Through engagement of social and cultural activities at and surrounding UCI, the club has worked hard during their first year in making a name for themselves within the UCI family.

     It is with much appreciation that we continue the 2006-07 school year contributing an even greater pride, dedication, and involvement to each other and this club as possible. As we welcome new and old members into our exceptional organization, Il Club Italiano a UCI hopes to become a staple in the hearts and minds, for years to come.
