Philosophy Statement

My philosophy of education is to inspire my students to be all that they can be, and be a facilitator of education for them. Each child learns differently and at his/her own pace. I need to respect each child’s own needs so he/she will have a chance to blossom. In order for my students to reach his/her full potential, I need to provide each of them with strategies that are needed for learning. As a facilitator of my room I need to guide each of them to be independent successful learners.

I myself will need to always reflect upon my days. What did I do right? What do I need to improve upon? I will always find new avenues for my teaching methods so that I may be the best
